Brevity is the soul of wit

Short post tonight. Too short for the New Yorker, and slightly too long for Twitter. My current mindless mag read is Vanity Fair’s Hollywood Issue (which reads like every issue of Out, except it’s Hollywood, so nobody’s actually admitting they’re gay) and there’s a two page blowup of a single photo of a bunch of actors back in the early Reagan ’80s seated around a table, among them Kevin Bacon. Now KB is clearly the most successful star in the bunch (sorry Paul Reiser), but the spine of the magazine goes right through the middle of his face. Just thought I’d share how inappropriately amused I am.

Good night kids.
